Villa Cavagnetti is a 16C farmhouse, restored to the highest standard, positioned on a hill top, surrounded with breathtaking views of the Umbrian Countryside. Cavagnetti is a luxury villa able to sleep up to 14 guests, with large bedrooms and living areas, providing peace and tranquility to its guests, located just a short distance from the medieval town of Montone, its is the perfect get away. It also boasts a large private swimming pool, builtin BBQ and pergola for alfresco dining.

Catering

Villa Cavagnetti is equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, allowing you to self cater. We can also provide full time chefs or delivered meals at additional cost

If you prefer to have catered meals, we can provide a full time chef to create meals at an additional cost

Garden

Villa Cavagnetti is positioned on 2.5 hectares, with beautiful gardens and fruit trees. Guests are welcome to help themselves to herbs, olives, apples, cherries and plums depending on the season

Housekeeping

Linen, towels and pool towels are provided for your stay. Departure cleaning is included, and mid week clean and linen change is included for bookings of 7 days or longer.

Additional or daily cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.

Yoga at Cavagnetti

Enjoy a personal yoga session in the stunning outdoors by a trained professional. Available for one on one or group sessions

Pool

Villa Cavagnetti has a lovely big swimming pool for your private use. Pool towels, sunloungers and umbrellas are available

“If you are looking for a relaxing and well appointed villa, this is the place to go. The owners have very recently refurbished this entire property and it is to a very high standard. From the bedding and linens, to the absolute cleanliness of the property, they have done their utmost to ensure that their guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is a brand new fit out with easy to use modern applicances and the most fabulous built in coffee machine. We stayed in June, it was about 35 degrees every day, really hot outside, yet inside the villa remained pleasant and cool, the windows catch a lovely breeze.

The nearest town is a short drive away on quiet country roads and if you want to go for a day trip there are several good places to go within a short drive. If however you just want to relax, then you can sped all day out by the pool and BBQ area, either in full sun or under one of the several huge umbrellas.

We could not recommend this villa more, and will definitley be back.
